You are responsible for what runs on your server. Do not host illegal content, attack other systems or mine cryptocurrency. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled; unpaid servers are suspended 2 days after the due date and deleted after 14. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
01Agreement to terms
By purchasing, accessing, or using any Draxen Nodes service — including Minecraft server hosting and any future FiveM, web hosting or other products — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
02What we provide
Draxen Nodes provides game and web server hosting infrastructure. You are responsible for the content, configuration and behaviour of the server you deploy, including any mods, plugins or files you upload to it.
03Where our services are available
Our free plan is available worldwide. Paid plans are currently sold only to customers who can pay in Indian Rupees. Payment options for customers outside India are being arranged and will be announced before they become available.
04Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Each person may hold one free server allocation. Creating additional accounts to obtain more free resources is a breach of these terms, and we may suspend or remove the servers involved.
05Acceptable use
Your server may not be used to:
- Host, distribute or facilitate illegal content or activity
- Launch attacks against other services, including DDoS, port scanning or unauthorised intrusion attempts
- Mine cryptocurrency, run unrelated background processes, or otherwise use the hardware outside its intended purpose
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Abuse, harass or threaten other users or Draxen Nodes staff
We may suspend or terminate a server that violates these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
06Billing and refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, unless stated otherwise, until cancelled. Your first paid order can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase if the server has not been used beyond initial setup; see our Refund Policy for details.
If a paid invoice is not paid, the server is suspended 2 days after the due date and permanently deleted, including all of its files, 14 days after the due date.
Free servers share a resource pool shown at checkout. A free server that stays offline with no panel activity is warned after 10 days, suspended after 14 days and permanently deleted after 28 days.
07Service availability
We work to keep nodes online and performing well, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service and we make no uptime commitment. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
08Backups
We do not currently make automatic backups of your server. You're responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose, which you can download from the game panel at any time.
09Termination
You may cancel your service at any time from your billing account. We may suspend or terminate service for violations of these terms, non-payment, or activity that puts the network or other users at risk.
10Limitation of liability
Draxen Nodes is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss, downtime or lost revenue.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
