We collect what we need to run your server, take payments and answer support requests. We do not sell your data, and card details never touch our servers. See our Refund Policy and Terms of Service for the rest.
01What this covers
This policy explains what information Draxen Nodes collects when you visit our site or use our hosting services, and how we use it.
02Information we collect

| Billing info | Invoices, amounts and payment reference IDs. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card and account details are entered on the processor's own checkout page and never reach our servers, so we never see or store full card numbers. |

03How we use it
- To provision, run and troubleshoot your server
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To respond to support requests
- To detect abuse, fraud or violations of our Terms of Service
- To send service-related notices — billing, one-time checkout codes, login alerts, outages and security — by email or, if you choose, Discord direct message
We won't send marketing messages without your consent.
04Who we share it with
We share data only with the third parties needed to run the service: our payment processor (Razorpay), our email delivery provider (Brevo), our network and security provider (Cloudflare), our cloud hosting and backup storage providers, and Google or Discord if you choose to sign in with them. We don't sell your personal information.
05Data retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after closure for legal and accounting purposes.
Server files are deleted when a server is deleted: straight away if you delete or immediately cancel it, 14 days after an unpaid invoice's due date for paid servers, and 28 days after inactivity begins for idle free servers, as described in our Terms of Service. We do not keep backups of your server files.
Our billing database is backed up nightly. Backups are encrypted and kept for up to 30 days, then deleted.
06Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
07Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
08Children's privacy
Our services aren't directed at children under 13, or the relevant minimum age in your region, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
