1. Agreement to terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using any Draxen Nodes service — including Minecraft server hosting and any future FiveM or web hosting products — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What we provide

Draxen Nodes provides game and web server hosting infrastructure. You are responsible for the content, configuration, and behavior of the server you deploy, including any mods, plugins, or files you upload to it.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

Your server may not be used to:

Host, distribute, or facilitate illegal content or activity
Launch attacks against other services, including DDoS, port scanning, or unauthorized intrusion attempts
Mine cryptocurrency, run unrelated background processes, or otherwise use the hardware outside its intended purpose
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
Abuse, harass, or threaten other users or Draxen Nodes staff

We may suspend or terminate a server that violates these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.

5. Billing and refunds

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, unless stated otherwise) until cancelled. Free-tier servers may be subject to resource limits or reclaimed after a period of inactivity — see the plan details at checkout. 6. Service availability

9. Limitation of liability

Draxen Nodes is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss, downtime, or lost revenue.
